Redeeming a Roblox code is simple when the box exists and the string is live. In Build Your Apartment the first job is confirming both of those facts. Use the steps below the moment a first-party post appears, so you do not burn the gift on a typo or on the wrong experience.

Confirm you are in the right place

Open Build Your Apartment from the official Roblox listing, not from a search result that only says “apartment.” Several live titles use similar names. If your server list looks empty or the description does not mention a glass penthouse, wiring, and free placement, leave and relaunch from the correct URL.

Where the box usually lives

Bambu Farm has not published a dedicated codes tutorial. In most Roblox builders the field sits in one of four spots:

1. A Shop or Store button on the left or bottom HUD.
2. A gear or settings panel.
3. A social or Twitter-style tab that also holds group rewards.
4. A banner that only appears during an update weekend.

Scan those four areas before you assume the game has no redeem UI. If none of them contain an Enter Code field, the string you found is either for another title or it is not live yet. Do not install a third-party menu to force a redeem.

Type the string exactly

Codes are case-sensitive. Copy from the first-party post when you can. Avoid extra spaces at the ends, and do not replace 0 with O. After you press Redeem, wait for the confirmation toast before you rejoin. Double-submitting a one-time code can look like a failure even when the first attempt worked.

If the game returns expired, invalid, or already used, stop. Repeating the same string will not revive it. Check the Codes Hub again after the next Beta patch instead of hunting random comment sections.

What a reward might change

Until Bambu Farm documents gifts, treat any reward as a bonus on top of systems you already use:

• Pixels would speed up the paint tool without buying Unlimited Paint Tool.
• An extra save slot would matter if you are close to the default cap described in save and load.
• A cosmetic block would be a style unlock, not a way around the block limit.

None of those gifts replace a clean first-session plan. If you are new, finish getting started before you spend time hunting strings.

Common failures

Wrong game. A code from Apartment Tycoon or Build an Apartment by another studio will never work here.

Private server mismatch. Some gifts only apply on the account that typed them. If you are building in a friend’s apartment, redeem on your own slot first.

Update delay. After a patch, old servers can keep a stale shop. Rejoin a fresh server before you decide the code is dead.

Script confusion. A loadstring is not a code. If someone tells you to paste a script to “unlock codes,” read the script safety notes and refuse.

After you redeem

Save the apartment. Gifts that add items or pixels can sit in inventory until you place them. If the reward is a slot or a pass-like perk, confirm it still exists after a rejoin. Then keep building. Codes should never be the only reason you open the penthouse.
