Bambu Farm has not published a Trello or a numbered patch blog. This changelog is therefore conservative. It only records dates and numbers we can point to: the Roblox description, gamepass listings, the badge API, and public player trackers. If a line is missing, it is because no first-party note exists yet.
16 March 2026 — entered Beta
The experience opened in Beta. The Move-In Day badge was created the same day with the text “Welcome! Receive this badge by playing Build Your Apartment.” Servers list a maximum of ten players. Official copy already named free placement, save and load, friend building, wiring, and the modern / pool / tropical fantasies. See beta notes for how to play under that rule.
April 2026 — first crowd
Public CCU charts show the all-time peak at 2,033 concurrent players on 26 April 2026. A separate tracker logged about 1,200 on 19 April. Either number is a spike, not a finished design. Average session length on later snapshots stays near 12 minutes, which is why the guides hub stays short and practical.
Mid-2026 store snapshots
Pass prices move. Recent public listings, confirm in-game before you buy:
- Fly Mode — about 349 Robux
- Unlimited Save Slots — about 199 Robux, 3.6 MB memory asterisk
- Premium Pass — about 349–399 Robux
- Unlimited Paint Tool — about 199 Robux (listing touched again about a month before August 2026)
- Max Block Increase — about 129–169 Robux, 7,500 to 15,000 parts
The gamepass tier list ranks value, not a frozen receipt. Unlimited Paint Tool moving on the tracker is a reminder to recheck color costs on paint and pixels.
6 July 2026 — last public “updated” stamp
Trackers marked the place as updated on 6 July 2026. Bambu Farm did not post a public item list for that stamp. Treat it as a catalog or client touch. After any such stamp: load a shell, walk the elevator and glass, retest one wire, then open the daily driver. The save planner is the right order.
August 2026 snapshot
Still in Beta. No verified codes. No verified official Discord or Trello. One badge (Move-In Day, about 3.40 million awards). Visits sit near 7.87 million, favorites near 94,000, like rate near 64 percent, average session near 11.4 minutes. Placement is still free. The official description still promises new items. Public CCU on a mid-August 2026 snapshot sat in the low hundreds, well below the April peak.
What we will add next
A named furniture family, a redeem box, a second badge, or a first-party social URL. Those belong here and on official links the day they are visible. We will not backfill a fake Update 3 because another builder uses that language.
If a YouTube video disagrees with the live catalog, trust the live catalog. The embeds on getting started, build ideas, invite friends, and review are sessions, not patch notes.
Use this page as a date index. Use the review when you want a verdict. Use lookalike games when a changelog on another site is clearly about a different apartment title.
Keep a one-line note on your phone: last time you loaded the daily driver after a store stamp. That note is more useful than a rumor about Update 4. Beta sandboxes punish people who host on a file they have not opened since June. Open it, walk it, then invite. The invite friends contract assumes the host already did that walk.
